Who hates people that are the opposite of real? Even your own friends?? Like when you ask your friend a question like …

“Do you like my shirt?” and they say yes but you can tell they want to say NO.

Perhaps you are guilty of being fake and you know, and hate this about yourself, but you simply feel you have no control… LET ME HELP YOU

The first thing you need to do is realize HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY IS NOT A RULE MADE UP TO GET YOU CAUGHT. It’s the truth, I can not tell you how many times this rule has gotten me some serious compassion.

Your friend just wants your opinion on the shirt she isn’t going to unfriend, attack, or accost you for saying “that’s the ugliest fucking shirt I’ve ever seen.”

With this in mind follow these easy steps to breaking out of your shell, becoming more appreciated, and shakin’ the fake off…

1. When prompted to be real (asked a question, having to explain your actions, etc.) think about what you’ll say, make sure it’s logical and intelligent. If you’re not sure and have time- reference a friend to spell check your thoughts, otherwise the realest thing you could do is keep your mouth shut.

2. After you have thought about your response/statement - say it without hesitation a immediately check the receivers face for feedback.

3. Repeat for the rest of your life always.

Sure it is scary to tell the truth sometimes because you create this scenario I your head for how you think it will go with the corresponding party an you meet really know until it’s done. Which is my point exactly, if your real thoughts bother someone for whatever reason you can respond in one of two ways, apologize for offending with a simple explanation for said feelings, or recognize that perhaps the other person is not real as you had once suspected and move on from this phony bitch. :D

DON’T FORGET: there is a fine a line between being real an being a bitch, recognize that and don’t cross it.!
